At the start of marine generators, the centralized control testing room, based on the field situation analysis and the conditions required for the start of the generator, found that the marine machine can not be started normally. Then, from the status quo of the side operation, it can be initially judged that the wind leaves of the motor wear and break, so the motor impeller is not enough to drive the generator. In this regard, the technician carried out the motor removal test and found that the motor's impeller broke from the root, resulting in more powder particles. The impeller is broken by foreign bodies, causing the impeller to break and causing damage to other impellers. If there is a problem with the motor, replace the motor, and finally start the engine normally.
There are many reasons for the black smoke in the chimney exhaust pipe of marine generators, and the common reasons include dirty filter of the supercharger resulting in increased flow resistance and reduced boost capacity. That means oxygen in the combustion chamber of marine generators can not be effectively burned and the air valve gap does not match. In the cooling state of the marine generator, the gap between the rocker end of the gas valve transmission motive and the valve stem is unreasonable. When burning the gas valve, mechanism is heated and expanded, but the unreasonable gap causes the closure is not strict. As such, the leakage causes many problems that may lead to black smoke: the combustion is not sufficient; the power distribution of the operating equipment under the rated load is uneven; the fuel in individual cylinders is not fully burned; the piston elasticity is not enough to enter a large amount of lubricant; the piston ring is glued; the injection time is too late; and fuel is not fully burned to allow the exhaust gas to enter the exhaust pipe together.
When the marine generator starts, there is an unstable speed, which can be initially judged as the marine generator pipeline leakage, resulting in pressure instability, in addition to the governor problem, diesel pressure gauge 0, no obvious fluctuations.
